Standard Room
A Standard Room is a reasonable sized room with its own kitchenette.
It has a single bed, a wardrobe with either shelf storage space or a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, bedside table and book shelves and a wash basin with storage facility and mirror.
The kitchenette comprises single drainer stainless steel sink, small cooker, fridge, work top and storage cupboards.
Rates for 2025/26: £5100 for the year

Please note that you will not be allocated a specific room until nearer the time of your move-in date, and as such the selection of a particular room is not always possible. However if you wish to be on the same floor as your friends then please specify this on your application form and we will do our best to accommodate, although no guarantees can be made.
